Description
The single-channel TSW201 transmitter is used for vibration measurement (ppm) and non-contacts the shaft vibration using eddy current displacement sensors. It allows measurements according to DIN ISO 10817-1 and calculates the peak-to-peak value.
The TSW201 partially complies with API 610.
Measuring ranges:
Selectable via a rotary switch on the front panel.

Self-monitoring:
Monitors for an open circuit or short circuit in the sensor or wiring. It also detects when the measurement object is significantly outside the static measuring range.
Fault indication:
Via the red LED on the front panel and as a 2 mA signal from the analog output.

For 0 to 100% measuring range

Static distance signal with a sensitivity of 4 mV/µm with superimposed vibration (short-circuit-proof and non-interference-free). R load 10 kΩ.
Description
The one-channel vibration transmitter TSW201 measures the shaft vibration with the assistance of the proximity transducer, non-contacting.
It allows measurements according to DIN ISO
10817-1 and forming the peak-to-peak value.
The TSW201 is partially equivalent to the API 610.

Internal controls:
Controlled is an interruption or a short circuit in the
proximity transducer or in the cable connections.
Furthermore, it will be recognized when the
measuring object is clearly placed out of the
measuring range.
