Details
TQ402 111-402-000-013 is a proximity transducer part of a proximity measurement system. It is designed for contactless measurement of the relative displacement of moving machine elements.
It's a proximity transducer with an integral coaxial cable and self-locking miniature coaxial connector. It works in conjunction with an IQS450 signal conditioner and optionally an EA402 extension cable to form a complete proximity measurement system.
Features:
Contactless measurement.
Various cable lengths available.
Exceeds certain explosion proof certification.
Applications:
Measuring relative vibration and axial position of rotating machine shafts like those found in turbines, alternators, and pumps.
This proximity system allows contactless measurement of the relative displacement of moving machine elements.
It is particularly suitable for measuring the relative vibration and axial position of rotating machine shafts, such as those found in steam, gas and hydraulic turbines, as well as in alternators, turbo-compressors and pumps.
The system is based around a TQ402 or TQ412 Non-contact transducer and an IQS450 signal conditioner. Together, these form a calibrated proximity system in which each component is interchangeable.
The system outputs a voltage or current proportional to the distance between the transducer tip and the target, such as a machine shaft.
