PR6426/010-110+CON021/916-200 is a 32mm eddy current sensor designed for key turbomachinery applications such as steam, gas and water turbines, compressors, pumps and fans.

It can measure radial and axial displacement, position, eccentricity and movement of shafts.

It has good dynamic performance, with a sensitivity of 2 V/mm (50.8 mV/mil), a maximum deviation of ±1.5%, a center air gap of about 5.5mm, a long-term drift of less than 0.3%, and a static measurement range of ±4.0mm. It is suitable for ferromagnetic steel targets with a material of 42 Cr Mo 4 standard, a maximum surface speed of 2500m/s, and a shaft diameter of ≥200mm.

In terms of environmental adaptability, the operating temperature range is -35 to 175°C, and can reach 200°C in a short term

The temperature error is small and it can withstand 6500hpa pressure and specific shock vibration. Regarding physical properties, the sleeve is made of stainless steel, the cable is made of PTFE, and the sensor and 1 meter of unarmored cable weigh about 800 grams.
