Details
The IS200VVIBH1C is a Mark VI series product released by GE. IS200VVIBH1C is used as a vibration monitoring board. This PCB handles the vibration probe signals from the DVIB or TVIB terminal strip.
These probes are connected directly to the terminal strip. Up to 200 probes can be connected to one circuit board. IS200VVIBH1C digitizes these signals and sends them to the controller via the VME bus.
Vibration probes are used for four protection functions including: vibration, rotor eccentricity, differential expansion, and rotor axial position.
The terminal strip connected to the IS200VVIBH1CAC supports seismic probes, proximity probes, accelerometer probes and accelerometer probes supplied by Bently Nevada. In simplex or TMR mode, power for these probes comes from the IS200VVIBH1CAC board.
The IS200VVIBH1C includes a panel with three LED indicators. These are labeled failure, status, and running.
The panel is attached to the PCB surface using three screws. The board has two backplane connectors labeled P1 and P2. The board has an additional four connectors.
The board has several rows of inductor coils/beads located directly behind and parallel to the P2 backplane, labeled L1 to L55. The board also comes with various diodes, capacitors and resistors. Components are located on both circuit board surfaces.
