Details
The DS200TCTEG1A is a TC2000 Trip Module developed by GE. It is a part of GE drive control Systems.
The board contains 20 plug-in relays. There are three 50-pin connectors and two 12-pin connectors as well. JLY, JLX, and JLZ are the IDs assigned to the 50-pin connectors.
JN and JM are the IDs assigned to the 12-pin connectors. The TC2000 Trip Board lacks indicator LEDs or other means of quickly determining the health of the drive.
A wire retention latch holds the relays in place. Unclip the latch from the bottom of the connector and swing the wire latch over the top of the relay to remove it.
Set aside the wire latch. Pull the relay up and away from the connector. The relay can be removed. To install the new relay, insert it into the board's empty connector.
It will fit into the socket with a click. Clip one end of the retention wire to the connector's bottom. Swing it over the relay and clip it to the opposite side of the connector.
