EPRO PR9376/S00-000 Hall Effect Speed/Proximity Sensor is a contactless Hall Effect sensor designed for critical turbomachinery applications such as steam, gas and water turbines, compressors, pumps and fans for speed or proximity measurement.

In terms of dynamic performance, the output is 1 AC cycle per revolution or gear tooth;

the rise/fall time is only 1 microsecond, and the response is fast; at 12V DC, 100K ohm load, the output voltage high level is greater than 10V, and the low level is less than 1V;

the air gap varies according to the module, 1mm for module 1 and 1.5mm when the number of modules is greater than or equal to 2;

the maximum operating frequency can reach 12kHz (i.e. 720,000 rpm), the trigger mark is limited to spur gears and involute gears (module 1), the material is ST37, and the surface material of the measurement target is soft magnet or steel (not stainless steel).

In terms of environmental characteristics, the reference temperature is 25°C; the operating temperature range is between -25 and 100°C, and the storage temperature is -40 to 100°C;

the sealing level reaches IP67, and the protection performance is good; the power supply is 10 to 30 volts DC, the maximum current is 25 mA; the maximum resistance is 400 ohms.

The housing of the sensor is made of stainless steel, the cable is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, and the sensor itself weighs about 210 grams (7.4 ounces).
