EPRO PR9268/206-100 is an electrodynamic speed sensor, a mechanical speed sensor, used for absolute vibration measurement of critical turbomachinery such as steam, gas and water turbines, compressors, pumps and fans to monitor casing vibration.
There are several types of sensor orientations: PR9268/01x-x00 is omnidirectional;
PR9268/20x-x00 vertical orientation, deviation ±30° (without sinking current), PR9268/60x-000 vertical orientation, deviation ±60° (with sinking current);
PR9268/30x-x00 horizontal orientation, deviation ±10° (without rise/sinking current), PR9268/70x-000 horizontal orientation, deviation ±30° (with rise current).
Taking PR9268/01x-x00 as an example, its dynamic performance includes sensitivity of 17.5 mV/mm/s, frequency range of 14 to 1000Hz, natural frequency of 14Hz±7% at 20°C, lateral sensitivity of less than 0.1 at 80Hz,
