The DS200TCCAF1BDF developed by General Electric as a part of the Speedtronic MKV series is an input/output circuit board and is located in the C core of the GE MKV panel. The main function is to monitor thermocouples, RTDs, milliamp inputs, cold junction filtering, shaft voltage and current monitoring.
It features one 80196 microprocessor and multiple PROM modules as well as one LED and 2 50-pin connectors. The IDs for the 50-pin connectors are JCC and JDD. Since this board was designed with a microprocessor, it is important that the board be kept at a cool temperature to enable the microprocessor to function accurately and also to prolong the life of the microprocessor. Excessive heat can damage a microprocessor or lead to inaccurate processing. The drive must be installed in a location with clean cool air that is free of dust and dirt. If the drive is mounted on a wall, the wall cannot have heat-generating equipment on the other side of it.
