Bently Nevada 3500/62 Process Variable Monitor is a 6-channel monitor for processing critical machine parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature and level, which need to be continuously monitored.

It can receive + 4 to + 20 mA current input or any proportional voltage input between - 10 Vdc and + 10 Vdc, condition the signal, and compare the conditioned signal with the user-programmable alarm setpoint.

• Diverse I/O modules: Provide I/O modules for three signal input scenarios: +/-10 Volts DC, isolated 4 - 20 mA, and 4 - 20 mA with intrinsically safe Zener barriers, which enhances the flexibility and adaptability of the system.
• Redundant configuration: In the triple-mode redundant (TMR) configuration, three monitors need to be installed adjacent to each other, and two voting methods are used to ensure accurate operation to avoid machine protection failure due to single point failure.
