Details
The 330905-00-08-10-02-05 is part of the Bently Nevada 3300 XL NSv Proximity Sensor System. It features an M10 x 1 thread, 1 meter cable length, a micro coaxial ClickLoc connector, and an unarmored standard cable. The NSv probe offers greater chemical resistance than the 3300 RAM probe and can be used in many process compressor applications. The 3300 NSv probe has better side-view characteristics than the 3000 Series 190 probe at the same gap setting to the probe target. The 3300 NSv probe is available in a variety of probe housing configurations, including ¼ -28, 3⁄8 -24, M8 X 1, and M10 X 1 probe threads with and without armor.
The reverse mounted 3300 NSv probe is standardly available with either 3⁄8 -24 or M10 X 1 threads. All components of the sensor system feature gold plated brass ClickLoc connectors that lock into place to prevent loosening. The patented TipLoc molding method creates a secure connection between the probe tip and the probe body. Bently Nevada’s patented CableLoc design provides 220 N (50 lbs) of pull strength to securely connect the probe cable to the probe tip. Connector boots are recommended on the probe to extension cable connection and the cable to the proximitor sensor connection to prevent most liquids from entering the ClickLoc connector and adversely affecting the electrical signal.
Features:
- Strong chemical resistance: NSv probes offer higher chemical resistance than 3300 RAM probes and are suitable for a wider range of applications, especially in process compressor applications.
- Superior side view performance: 3300 NSv probes have superior side view characteristics to 3000 Series 190 probes at the same gap setting.
- Multiple configurations: The probes are available in a variety of housing configurations, including different thread sizes and armored or unarmored options, and reverse mount probes also have specific standard thread configurations.
